Dipped in Gold and Blush hues and bursting with modern textures,
Our glamorous styled shoot had all the components of a new-age regal fete. Set at the pristine Trump Doral Hotel, our bride and groom looked utterly timeless when posed in front of its facade. The slightly overcast skies also aided in creating an ethereal element to the shoot; the couple looked as if they were walking amongst the clouds!
To contrast the bride’s angelic look, we created a lush rose bouquet with pops of pink, that would later tie into the reception’s design. We incorporated this pop of pink of the groom as well, only to juxtapose his sleek ensemble, we provided him with an organically cut rose, with its stems and leaves giving a note of rustic charm to the overall shoot.
The reception room demanded a design that matched its grandeur, with its floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic, its elegant chandelier, and Europeanesque dome architecture. We decided to play with both height and movement in the tablescape. Firstly, we positioned all tables to wrap around the dance floor and ultimately lead to the head table.
Upholstered, tufted, and risen, the head table had a mystic quality that underlined its dramatic beauty. Stretching the length of each seat and poring over the table’s edge sat a floral garland bursting with blush and cream blooms. When seated, crystalline chandeliers with colorful candles were seen at every angle.
With all elements combined, it became our new-age regal fete. The grand finale of the shoot was the altar we created for the gorgeous couple to stand under. We lined the aisle with tealights in heightened clear holders, leading to the picturesque altar with a drawn curtained, outlined with bunches of lively blooms. Thank you to all the incredible creatives that allowed this shoot to be possible, helping to make time stand still in Miami.
